We want every fact on ClanPick to be right. When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.

How to report an error

Email editorial@clanpick.com with:

  • The page address.
  • What is wrong, and what it should say.
  • A public source we can check, such as a pricing page, a case study or a partner directory listing.

What we do next

  1. The desk that owns the page checks your report against the source.
  2. If the error is confirmed, we fix the page and the ClanPick Editorial Team checks the fix.
  3. If we disagree, we reply and explain why.

How corrections appear

  • Material corrections, such as a wrong price, service, partner status or ranking fact, get a dated note at the end of the page that says what changed.
  • Minor fixes, such as typos or broken links, are made without a note.
  • Updates, when facts change after we publish, refresh the last updated date at the top of the page.

Agencies

Agencies can ask us to update their own facts. Include a public source for each change. A correction never changes a ranking unless it changes the evidence the ranking is based on. See Get listed for the details.
