Editorial Policy

The rules ClanPick writers and editors follow: sourcing, bylines, sponsorship labels, corrections and updates.

This policy sets the rules every ClanPick page follows.

Sourcing

Every price, statistic, client name and claim links to its source. If we cannot source it, we cut it. We prefer primary sources: the agency site, official program directories and independent review platforms.

Bylines

Pages are bylined to the ClanPick Editorial Team or to one of our editorial desks. Desk bylines are written and edited by the ClanPick editorial team. We do not invent people, credentials or job titles.

Sponsorship and advertising

Sponsored placements carry a “Sponsored” label and sit in their own block after the ranked list. Sponsors never see or approve our copy before it is published, and payment never changes rank order, scores or verdicts. See our methodology.

Agency input

Agencies can send corrections and updated facts. We check them against a public source before we use them. Agencies cannot buy a place in a ranked list.

AI assistance

We may use software tools, including AI tools, to help with research and drafting. An editor checks every fact, source and verdict before a page goes live, and the editorial team is responsible for everything we publish.

Corrections and updates

We correct confirmed errors quickly. Material corrections are noted on the page. Each page shows when it was last updated. To report an error, use our contact page.
