In short

Agencies can ask to be considered for ClanPick rankings, or update their facts, by emailing editorial@clanpick.com with public sources. Sending details does not guarantee a place in a ranked list.

We build every ranking from public evidence. If you run an agency, you can help us get your facts right.

Be considered for a ranking

Email editorial@clanpick.com with:

  • Agency name and website.
  • The services you offer and the buyers you serve, for example SEO for B2B SaaS.
  • Where your team is based and its approximate size.
  • Your pricing page, minimums or fee model, if public.
  • Case studies with named clients or verifiable outcomes.
  • Partner or certification directory links, such as HubSpot or Google Partner listings.
  • Profiles on independent review platforms.

We review submissions against our methodology. Sending details does not guarantee a place in a ranked list, and we do not reply to every submission with a decision.

Update your facts

If pricing, services, ownership or partner status has changed, email editorial@clanpick.com with the page address, the change and a public source for each fact. We check it before we update the page. See our corrections policy.

What we do not do

  • We do not let agencies edit or approve our copy.
  • We do not let agencies choose their position, score or verdict.
  • We do not remove fair, sourced information on request.

How do I update my agency information on ClanPick?

Email editorial@clanpick.com with the page address, the change and a public source for each fact. We check the source before we update the page.

Will submitting my agency guarantee a ranking?

No. Every submission is reviewed against the ClanPick methodology, and only agencies that fit a list are ranked.
