We ranked 15 US PPC agencies by the job you are hiring for: B2B SaaS, ecommerce, enterprise, small business and multi-location. Every fact below comes from the agency’s own site or a public profile we read on November 1, 2026, and where an agency does not publish its fee, we say so.
Most “best PPC agencies” lists online are written by an agency that ranks itself first. We do not rank ourselves, and every pick has a “skip if” so you can rule agencies out as fast as you rule them in.
Disruptive Advertising is the best PPC agency for most US mid-market brands: big enough to staff every channel, with public reviews and a written results guarantee for qualifying brands. Choose Directive for B2B SaaS, Tinuiti for enterprise and retail media, WebFX or JumpFly if you want the fee in writing first, and SmartSites for small and local budgets.
- Only 3 of the 15 agencies publish a management fee: WebFX (from $750 a month), JumpFly (from $900 a month) and Searchbloom (from $2,000 a month).
- Ad spend is paid on top of the fee. Larger accounts usually move to 10% to 15% of monthly ad spend.
- Long contracts are not the norm. JumpFly works month to month, and Disruptive Advertising, Searchbloom and Ignite Visibility say they avoid long-term contracts.
- Keep your ad accounts in your own name, whoever you hire, so the history stays with you.
- Every fact was checked on agency sites and public profiles on November 1, 2026.

Number 1Disruptive Advertising

- Best for
- Mid-market lead gen and ecommerce brands that want a large, proven PPC team
- Headquarters
- Pleasant Grove, UT
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, TikTok
- PPC pricing
- Not public
Disruptive Advertising is our top overall pick because it combines scale with public, checkable proof. On its own site it says it holds a 4.8 average across 350+ Clutch reviews, has 160+ employees and manages $450M+ in annual ad spend. It also offers a free audit, no long-term contracts and a 90-day results guarantee for qualifying brands, which very few PPC agencies put in writing.
Its advertising services cover Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon and paid social, with conversion tracking and testing in scope, so it fits a brand that wants one accountable team rather than a channel specialist. It says it turns away more than 80% of the companies that approach it.
Skip if: your total ad budget is a few thousand dollars a month. Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project size, and smaller accounts usually get more senior attention at a boutique.
Number 2Directive

- Best for
- B2B SaaS and tech companies that judge paid media on pipeline, not leads
- Headquarters
- Irvine, CA
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, programmatic
- PPC pricing
- Not public
Directive is the strongest B2B SaaS pick on this list. It builds paid search on Google and Microsoft and paid social on LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and TikTok, then ties results to CRM outcomes such as qualified pipeline and CAC instead of form fills. It says every engagement starts with LTV:CAC modeling.
The agency says it has 130+ marketing strategists and has worked with 700+ B2B brands. Clutch lists Irvine, California as its headquarters and 2013 as its founding year.
Skip if: you sell to consumers or run a local service business. The whole method assumes long B2B sales cycles and a CRM worth connecting.
Number 3Tinuiti

- Best for
- Enterprise and retail brands that need search, Amazon and streaming TV under one roof
- Headquarters
- New York, NY (founded there in 2004)
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, Amazon and retail media, social, streaming TV
- PPC pricing
- Not public
Tinuiti is the enterprise pick. It started in New York City in 2004 as Elite SEM, a search agency, and now describes itself as the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency, with $4B in digital media under management and 1,000+ employee owners.
Its paid search team works alongside Amazon specialists (it acquired CPC Strategy in 2019) and its Bliss Point measurement platform, which matters when search, retail media and streaming TV compete for one budget. Tinuiti says it was the first independent performance firm to win Microsoft Global Agency of the Year.
Skip if: you spend under five figures a month or only need Google Search. You will pay for a measurement and multi-channel setup you will not use.
Number 4HawkSEM

- Best for
- Lead gen and ecommerce brands that want PPC reporting tied to revenue
- Headquarters
- Los Angeles, CA
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, YouTube
- PPC pricing
- Not public
HawkSEM was founded in Los Angeles in 2006 as a paid search agency, and PPC is still what it calls its bread and butter. It says it is a Google Premier Partner (the top 3% of Google Partners in the country), a Microsoft Advertising Partner and a Meta Business Partner.
Its differentiator is ConversionIQ, an in-house system that connects ad data to downstream conversions. Its PPC deliverables include shopping feed management, Amazon advertising, YouTube, A/B testing, conversion tracking and revenue forecasting. The BBB lists it as accredited with an A+ rating.
Skip if: you want a fee on paper before the first call. HawkSEM does not publish its management fee.
Number 5KlientBoost

- Best for
- Brands whose PPC problem is really a landing page and conversion rate problem
- Headquarters
- Santa Monica, CA
- Platforms
- Google, LinkedIn and other paid search and social
- PPC pricing
- Not public (3 options in a free plan)
KlientBoost pairs paid media with landing pages and conversion rate optimization, and it sells on goals. Every client and service gets a business goal, it says it adds resources for free when it paces behind, and it will remove a service that does not hit its goal.
Its free marketing plan includes a “Growth Grid” that ranks where the next dollar should go across CRO, landing pages, SEO and ad spend, plus three pricing options. It has offices in Santa Monica, Raleigh and London.
Skip if: you only want an account manager to run bids. Much of the value is in testing pages and offers, which needs your team to approve changes quickly.
Number 6AdVenture Media

- Best for
- Growth-stage brands that want a Google Ads specialist
- Headquarters
- Woodmere, NY
- Platforms
- Google Ads and Shopping, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, programmatic
- PPC pricing
- Not public
AdVenture Media is a Google Ads specialist first. It says it was selected by Google to train Google’s top Premier Partners on campaign automation, which is a useful signal when Performance Max and automated bidding run most accounts.
It runs its engagements on its own SHERPA operating system and also manages Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest and programmatic. It lists offices in Woodmere (New York), Fort Lauderdale and Philadelphia.
Skip if: your growth plan leans on Amazon or retail media. That is not where AdVenture puts its emphasis.
Number 7LP (formerly Logical Position)

- Best for
- Ecommerce and multi-location brands that want a large, established Google and Microsoft team
- Headquarters
- Lake Oswego, OR
- Platforms
- Paid search, paid social, Amazon
- PPC pricing
- Not public

Its site lists repeat Google and Microsoft partner awards, including Premier Partner of the Year and Elite Partner of the Year.
It organizes work by business type (ecommerce, local services and national services) and offers a no-commitment marketing review. Headquarters is in Lake Oswego, Oregon, with an office in Palatine, Illinois.
Skip if: you are a B2B SaaS company with a long sales cycle. LP’s playbooks are built around ecommerce and service-area businesses.
Number 8WebFX

- Best for
- Small and mid-size businesses that want PPC pricing in writing before the first call
- Headquarters
- Harrisburg, PA
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, paid social
- PPC pricing
- $750/mo to 12% of spend (published)
WebFX publishes its full PPC fee schedule, which most agencies on this list do not. Lite is $750 a month for ad spend of $100 to $5,000, with a $1,200 initial fee. Pro is $975 or 15% of ad spend, whichever is higher, for $5,000 to $30,000 in spend. Enterprise is $4,500 or 12% of ad spend, whichever is greater, above $30,000.
WebFX says it has 750+ PPC strategists and that clients keep admin access to their ad accounts. It is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Skip if: you want a senior specialist who only manages a handful of accounts. A large, process-driven team is the trade-off for clear pricing.
Number 9JumpFly

- Best for
- Advertisers who want month-to-month terms and a published fee table
- Headquarters
- Hoffman Estates, IL
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Taboola
- PPC pricing
- $900/mo to 10% of spend (published)
JumpFly has run Google Ads accounts since 2003 and publishes its fees by budget: $900 a month for budgets up to $5,000, rising in steps to $3,000 a month at $20,000 to $30,000, then 10% of spend from $30,000 to $150,000. A one-time new client fee is typically $1,495. Ad spend is billed by Google and Microsoft directly, not routed through JumpFly.
It says its team is all in-house with no outsourcing, and it does not require a long-term contract. It describes itself as a Google Premier Partner, and the BBB lists it as accredited with an A+ rating.
Skip if: you need heavy creative production or LinkedIn-led B2B demand generation. JumpFly’s core is search, shopping and marketplaces.
Number 10Wpromote

- Best for
- Consumer brands that want search, creative and measurement from one agency
- Headquarters
- El Segundo, CA
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, paid social, Amazon and retail media, CTV
- PPC pricing
- Not public
Wpromote brings 20+ years of paid search experience and Google Premier Agency Partner status, and it pushes hard on Performance Max and automated bidding. Its Polaris IQ platform adds anomaly detection, media mix modeling and creative audits on top of campaign management.
The agency recently acquired the creative shop Giant Spoon, so it suits brands that want ads and creative built by the same team. It is headquartered in El Segundo, California.
Skip if: you are a small business or a B2B company that needs LinkedIn-first demand gen. Wpromote’s case studies skew to consumer brands.
Number 11Searchbloom

- Best for

- South Jordan, UT
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft
- PPC pricing
- From $2,000/mo (published)
Searchbloom is a search-only agency (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO and CRO) founded in December 2014. It publishes a starting point: Google Ads management starts at $2,000 a month and rises with ad spend, and it says it does not require lengthy contracts.
Its work follows what it calls the ACE methodology, and its search-focused scope is the appeal for buyers who do not need paid social.
Skip if: meta, TikTok or Amazon carry a big share of your budget. Searchbloom stays in search.
Number 12SmartSites

- Best for
- Small and local businesses that measure PPC in calls and leads
- Headquarters
- Paramus, NJ
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, Yelp, LinkedIn and more
- PPC pricing
- Fee not public; ad budget from $1,500/mo
SmartSites is built for local and small business PPC. It publishes minimum ad budgets ($1,500 a month for local campaigns, $2,500 for national or ecommerce), sets up for free, includes call tracking, and gives each client one dedicated PPC analyst.
It is a Google Partner and a Microsoft Advertising Select Partner, and also lists Meta, TikTok, Amazon and Yelp partner status. Clients own their ad accounts and keep them if they leave. The agency is based in Paramus, New Jersey.
Skip if: you run a large enterprise account with complex attribution. SmartSites’ process is tuned for lead volume and cost per lead.

- Franchise and multi-location brands
- Headquarters
- San Diego, CA

It reports 340+ staff and 13 years in business, and says it does not tie clients to long-term contracts or own their assets.
Skip if: you want a PPC-only boutique. Ignite sells PPC alongside SEO, social, email and web, and the pitch leans on the bundle.

- Best for
- Lead gen and ecommerce companies that want to talk to the person running the account
- Headquarters
- Northbrook, IL
- Platforms
- Google, Microsoft, Meta, ChatGPT Ads
- PPC pricing
- Not public
AgencyPPC is the boutique pick. It has managed Google, Microsoft and Meta Ads since 2014, says it is a Google Premier Partner, and makes a point that clients work directly with the analyst managing the account rather than a salesperson.
It publishes named results, for example cutting Lou Malnati’s paid search cost per sale from $4.57 to $0.92 while sales grew from 2,930 to 22,000+ a month, with the measurement window stated on the page.
Skip if: you need LinkedIn, Amazon or TikTok managed. The team keeps to search, Meta and ChatGPT Ads.
Number 15Silverback Strategies

- Best for
- Large B2C brands that need to prove ads are incremental
- Headquarters
- Leesburg, VA
- Platforms
- Paid search, paid social, programmatic
- PPC pricing
- Not public
Silverback Strategies targets B2C brands with $100M+ in revenue and leads with measurement. Alongside paid search, paid social and programmatic, it runs media mix modeling and incrementality testing, so you can see whether ads create new sales or just claim them.
Named clients quoted on its site include LexisNexis, K12, Cornell and Ocean Conservancy. It is based in Leesburg, Virginia.
Skip if: you are a startup or small business. Its positioning targets $100M+ B2C brands, and measurement work like this pays off at large budgets.
How we picked these PPC agencies
We started from the agencies that show up most across Google’s top results, Clutch’s PPC category and US agency directories, then kept only US-headquartered agencies where paid search is a core service, not an add-on. For each one we read its own service, pricing and about pages, plus public profiles on Clutch and the BBB, on November 1, 2026. Full criteria are on our methodology page.
- Fit: a clear “best for” we could tie to the agency’s own positioning, case studies or platform mix.
- Proof: partner status, public reviews or named client results we could link to.
- Pricing transparency: agencies that publish fees or minimums get credit, and we never estimate a fee an agency has not published.
- Terms: contract length, account ownership and whether ad spend is billed to you directly.
- Range: one strong option for each common buyer, from a $1,500 a month local budget to enterprise retail media.
We never estimate a fee an agency has not published. If it is not public, the page says so.
ClanPick methodology
We did not hire these agencies or audit their client accounts, so the ranking weighs public, checkable evidence. Agencies can send corrections or new proof through our get listed page.
PPC agency pricing in 2026: what each agency publishes
Only three of the 15 agencies publish a PPC management fee: WebFX, JumpFly and Searchbloom. SmartSites publishes its minimum ad budget. The rest quote after a call. Ad spend is always on top of the management fee.
| Agency | Pricing model | Published price or range |
|---|---|---|
| WebFX | Flat fee or % of ad spend, whichever is higher | Lite $750/mo (spend $100 to $5,000, $1,200 initial). Pro $975 or 15% (spend $5,000 to $30,000, $2,250 initial). Enterprise $4,500 or 12% (spend above $30,000, $5,800 initial). |
| JumpFly | Tiered flat fee, then % of spend | $900/mo up to $5,000 spend, stepping to $3,000/mo at $20,000 to $30,000; 10% of spend from $30,000 to $150,000; $1,495 typical new client fee |
| Searchbloom | Monthly fee that rises with spend | From $2,000/mo for Google Ads management |
| SmartSites | Monthly management fee | Fee not public. Minimum ad budget $1,500/mo local, $2,500/mo national or ecommerce. Setup free. |
| Disruptive Advertising | Not public | Not public. Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project size. |
| The other 10 | Quoted after a call | Not public |
Two patterns show up in the published numbers. Small accounts pay a flat floor ($750 to $2,000 a month here), and larger accounts move to a percentage of spend (15% to 10% here) that falls as spend rises. If a quote is a percentage of spend with no cap, ask what happens to the fee when you double the budget.
How to choose a PPC agency
Match the agency to your monthly ad spend
- Under $5,000 a month: look for a published floor and a single named analyst. WebFX Lite, JumpFly and SmartSites all publish numbers at this level.
- $5,000 to $30,000 a month: the widest choice. Searchbloom, HawkSEM, KlientBoost, AdVenture Media, AgencyPPC and Disruptive Advertising all fit, so decide on channel mix and reporting.
- Over $30,000 a month: percentage-of-spend pricing kicks in, and measurement matters more. Compare Tinuiti, Wpromote, LP, Directive and Silverback Strategies.
Questions to ask on the first call
- Who exactly will manage my account, and how many other accounts do they run?
- Will the ad accounts and all history stay in my name if we part ways?
- Is the fee flat or a percentage of spend, and is there a setup fee or a cap?
- How will you report on revenue or pipeline, not just clicks and conversions?
- What is the notice period, and is there a minimum term?
- Can I speak to a current client with a budget and business model like mine?
Red flags
- The agency wants to own your Google Ads account or keeps your ad history when you leave.
- Ad spend is billed through the agency with no line-by-line breakdown.
- Reporting stops at impressions, clicks and CTR.
- A “best PPC agencies” list ranks the agency writing it at number one, with no sources.
- Guaranteed results with no stated conditions. Even the guarantees on this list apply only to qualifying brands.

FAQ
What is the best PPC agency in the US?
For most US mid-market brands, we rank Disruptive Advertising first: a large PPC team, 350+ Clutch reviews it reports at a 4.8 average, and no long-term contracts. The best choice still depends on fit. Directive leads for B2B SaaS, Tinuiti for enterprise and retail media, and SmartSites for small, local budgets.
How much does a PPC agency cost?
Published fees in our list run from $750 a month (WebFX Lite, for ad spend up to $5,000) to 10% to 15% of monthly ad spend for larger accounts. JumpFly starts at $900 a month and Searchbloom at $2,000 a month. Ad spend is paid to Google or Meta on top of the fee.
What percentage of ad spend do PPC agencies charge?
Among agencies that publish it, WebFX charges 15% of spend on its Pro tier and 12% on Enterprise (or a flat minimum, whichever is higher), and JumpFly charges 10% for budgets from $30,000 to $150,000 a month. The percentage usually falls as spend rises, so ask for the full schedule.
What is the minimum ad budget to hire a PPC agency?
It varies by agency. SmartSites sets minimums of $1,500 a month for local campaigns and $2,500 for national or ecommerce. WebFX’s Lite plan covers ad spend from $100 to $5,000 a month. Below roughly $1,500 a month, a freelancer or running the account yourself is often more cost-effective.
Is a Google Premier Partner agency better?
Premier Partner status means Google ranks the agency in the top 3% of Google Partners in its country on spend, growth and client retention. It is a useful signal of scale and platform access, not of fit. HawkSEM, JumpFly, Wpromote and AgencyPPC all cite Premier status, yet serve very different clients.
Should I own my Google Ads account when I hire an agency?
Yes. Your account history is valuable, so the account should sit in your name with your payment method and you as an admin. WebFX says clients keep admin access, and SmartSites says the account and all history stay with you if you leave. Treat any agency that insists on owning the account as a red flag.
How long does it take to see PPC results?
Expect a few weeks of setup and learning before judging results. SmartSites, for example, says ads usually go live 1.5 to 2.5 weeks after account access, platforms then need 2 to 4 weeks to learn, and most campaigns are ready to scale after 2 to 3 months.
Do PPC agencies require long-term contracts?
Many do not. JumpFly works month to month, Searchbloom says it does not require lengthy contracts, and Disruptive Advertising and Ignite Visibility both say they avoid long-term contracts. Always confirm the notice period in writing before you sign.
